Founded in the heart of Da Nang's Old Quarter in 1994, Mộc Lâm began as a humble family kitchen guarding recipes passed down through five generations.
We believe true Vietnamese cuisine is a delicate balancing act—the fierce heat of chili tamed by cool herbs, the deep umami of aged fish sauce lifted by bright calamansi. Every dish we serve is an homage to the imperial banquets of Huế and the vibrant street culture of Da Nang.
